I started really becoming more seriously interested in yoga/meditation and overall physical health the past four months, as I have generally changed many of my habits to seek an overall healthier life. Not too many people besides the ones closest to me or ones I am connected through work know, but I had to take the month of July off, due to medical reasons and a near death experience that has led me to take a serious look at many issues in my life.
